What we choose to do shapes who we are consciously.
Our environment – our home, the friends we surround ourselves with, the media we consume – shape who we are subconsciously.
This is why I feel it’s so important to curate what I intake. Everything has an influence. Do I want this in my life? Do I want this to become part of me?

I’ve started “hacking” my habits to include more of what I want to become. I enjoy scrolling through Instagram, so I started following accounts for:
- design inspiration (@archdaily)
- technical discussions on building construction (@buildingsciencefightclub)
- and a counter-hate & fear project illustrating positive news stories from around the world (@the_happy_broadcast)
